Stephanie Wonchala
Stephanie is the owner of Studio Pulse and its Annex, and is currently on maternity leave + summer travels (missing you guys! See you in the fall!).
She is an Anchorage choreographer, dancer and dance educator who L O V E S movement in all its forms. She opened Studio Pulse Center for Dance in 2013, expanded into its Annex in 2019, and serves as the Executive Director of Pulse Dance Company, a non-profit adult contemporary performance troupe she founded in 2010.
Stephanie feels that movement is for everyone, and dance is the most visceral shortcut to joy. Whether instructing a yoga or fitness class, Stephanie will incorporate accessible elements of dance that feel GOOD.
Since 2010, her teaching has been heavily influenced by yoga, meditation, and primal movement. Her gift is meeting students where they are and motivating them to fulfill their greatest potential - whatever it may be that day - in a light hearted and fun atmosphere. Proper alignment, creative sequencing, and clear cueing are all utilized in Stephanie's classes, keeping students both safe and on their toes!
As an instructor for nearly two decades, Stephanie is grateful to have guided thousands of Alaskans across all ages through various kinds of movement experiences, and looks forward to moving with YOU!

Kelsey Anderson
Kelsey is an intraoperative neuromonitoring technologist from Philadelphia. She started dancing in kindergarten and continued studying dance through college on scholarship. She finds dance to be the best outlet for getting through difficult times, relieving stress, and exploring creativity.
Kelsey is an avid runner and outdoor enthusiast who makes dance a priority in her life, and you'll find her attending many technique classes at the studio, as well as instructing dance cardio and the occasional vixen fitness.
Becoming a member of Pulse's adult performing company has provided Kels with a community where she is supported and empowered by people who are also passionate about building a movement community.

Creacy Boggess
Creacy began dancing at a young age in praise dance and drill teams in Texas. After years of training in hip hop and jazz, she learned she connected with hip hop dance the most, especially while attending West High’s dance program under Lori Bradford. Creacy minored in dance at UAA while dancing and competing with Underground Dance Company’s team Hardcore. Creacy continues to dance and teach in Anchorage, Alaska.

Cassey Bradley
Cassey began guiding yoga over 17 years ago and her teaching journey began while living in Tokyo, Japan. She received her 200 hour Hatha Yoga teacher training with ShoShoni Yoga Retreat Ashram in Rollingsville, Colorado. She has been teaching in Alaska for the past 11 years for the following; The Alaska Club, Namaste North, King Tech HS, Alaska MS Center, Local Veterans at Post 1 and now The Yoga Annex! She continues to be a practitioner and life long learner of this art form and has taken continued courses with David Swenson - Primary Ashtanga Series 1, Hot Yoga, Yoga Sculpt and Yoga Ed. She has taught a variety of classes/workshops to include; Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Meditation, Inventions, Yoga for Athletes, Ashtanga Primary Series, Hot Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, Prenatal Yoga, Yoga for Multiple Sclerosis, Yoga for Teens, Yoga warm/up Cool down with Skinny Raven Sports spring/summer road race events over the years. Also, part of a teacher team for the 2018 200 Hour Teacher training for The Alaska Club Yoga certification program, to share the practice and grow the teacher base locally. Most importantly, her intention of guiding yoga practice, movement and meditation is to encourage everyone to simply practice, relax, let go and find joy in the present moment!
When she isn't practicing or guiding yoga, she loves to spend time with family and friends, hike, xc ski, run, design, read, and learn new things!

Rosey Fletcher
With the Alaskan wilderness as a playground, from a young age Rosey was encouraged to move, play, create, and connect with the outdoors. Wild foraging, harvesting, and preparing food further deepened her connection to health and wellness.
As an Olympic athlete, Rosey gained more extensive knowledge in health and wellness through closely monitored fitness and nutritional guidance, learning to connect and understand the language of her body, and that’s when her personal journey of integrative wellness began.
Rosey wholeheartedly believes that wellness is a deeply individual journey. Her approach includes a balance of fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness with the goal of creating an accessible wellness experience for everyone. Ultimately, to listen to the body and connect with the inner guru.
Rosey is a 200 RYT, 200 hour Kundalini RYT, is Certified in Restorative Yoga, Primal Flow Yoga, Buti Yoga, and is a Certified Sound Bath Practitioner.

Rose Sierra Hart
Rose is so grateful to be a part of The Annex community both as a student and as a certified yoga instructor! She'll be back in the spring/summer!
Rose has been consistently practicing yoga for 12 years and completed her 200hr YTT in August 2021. She offers a vinyasa flow practice that focuses on accessibility and intuitive movement, so you can expect body-positive inclusive cues and posture variations that crescendo to upbeat music and wind down to a relaxing savasana. When Rose isn’t practicing yoga, she can be found mountain biking, rafting, hiking, camping, and skiing in the great Alaska outdoors with her little dog, Daisy.

Dawn Jensen
Dawn studied modern dance at the University of Alaska for five years. She is currently a pole student and heel choreography instructor a local pole studio. She enjoys creating soft, liquid movement that focuses on musicality, sensuality and typically includes a few heel clacks! When not in a studio, you can often find her curled up with her dogs and a good book.

Joyce Mayer
Joyce is a long-time member of Anchorage's dance community. She is a ballet enthusiast certified in barre, mat, and reformer Pilates, and is a 200 hr RYT.

Angela Manderfeld
Angela Manderfeld absolutely loves teaching dance fitness classes. The reason is simple: every class feels like a party! She is licensed to teach various forms of Zumba and is a certified Yoga Sculpt instructor. She also serves on Pulse Dance Company's Board of Directors, and recently published 'Outsmart Your Diabetes: A Step-by-Step Guide to Reversing Type 2 Diabetes.' She guarantees you will have a blast in her Bodied class!

Robyn Minor
Robyn is a contemporary and hip hop dancer with experience training and teaching across Alaska, including with but not limited to Studio Pulse Center for Dance, Drift Gallery Dance Studio, Dance Dynamics, and local high schools. Her experience includes competition dance, youth, and adults of all levels. When she's not dancing, you'll find her painting, knitting, or baking specialty cupcakes.

Regina Pilkus
Originally from Metro Detroit, Michigan, Regina began training at the age of 4, under the direction of her teachers which were both members of the Cecchetti Counsel of America. Regina danced competitively in all styles of dance and began instructing dance in 1999, becoming a highly credited teacher, assistant director of a studio and top choreographer in Michigan & Alaska over 20 years. This is Regina's 8th season with Pulse Dance Company.
